With our scoping process completed, we recommend the best cloud solutions to meet your needs fully and excellently. We conclude this with an agreed set of platforms, timeline for implementation, required training, and related costs.
We implement, train and support the solutions.

We’re Xero and cloud application specialists. We advise on and implement beautiful systems for small businesses.
If you have a business that either uses Xero or is looking to move to Xero, you may require some functionality that Xero does not offer. You may be a wholesaler or manufacturer that needs bills of material, or you may need more inventory control on your online store.

Philip van Zyl
Founder/Director
Philip started Cloud Integr8 after having worked in the cloud systems scoping and integrations business with Xero, Dear Systems and other partners since 2013.
He loves finding, mapping and integrating smart system solutions for entrepreneurs that significantly improve their businesses.
In his spare time you’ll find him on a mountain or in the ocean.
Adriaan Wessels
Project Manager
Adriaan is passionate about technology and its potential to improve the world. This naturally led him to degrees in computer science and electrical engineering.
He has been in the IT industry for more than two decades, and has been leading project teams since 2008 at companies such as Foschini, Sanlam and SAB.
When he’s not at work or climbing he volunteers as a firefighter and ambulance medic.
Miya Anne O' Bell Grace
Systems Specialist
Miya has worked in financial accounting and cloud systems integrations with Xero since 2017.
She has a passion for designing systems and processes that create structure for the efficient flow of work in a business.
A sunrise swim in the ocean is her favorite way to start the day.
Richard Minns
Systems Specialist
Richard has been working within the ICT sector for over 20 years, and specialises in process management and system integration, and has managed large teams providing technical services back into the business.
Richard particularly enjoys solving problems to help streamline technical and service related processes.
Richard is a keen photographer and also spends a good deal of his time hiking the mountains of the Western Cape.
